Everything you need to know before attending a Reset & Glow class

 

At Reset & Glow, we aim to create a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment where everyone feels safe, comfortable, and at ease. Please take a moment to read through the guidelines below before attending a class.

 

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the experience for others and the flow of the class.

The Space

All classes take place at The White House Health and Wellness Centre, Epsom, 16 Waterloo Road, KT19 8EX.
We kindly ask that you respect the space, the instructor, and fellow participants. To support a peaceful atmosphere, please keep phones on silent and minimise noise before and after class.

What to Bring

Mats and props are provided for all classes. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Experience & Class Style

All classes are open to all levels, and no prior experience is required. Classes focus on gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation rather than pushing or striving. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.

Health & Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is important. Please inform the instructor before class if you are pregnant, have any injuries, or have a medical condition that may impact your practice so that appropriate modifications can be offered. If you are unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please consult a healthcare professional before attending. Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy fair and clear:

• Cancel more than 12 hours before the class start time: You are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancel within 12 hours but more than 6 hours before the class: You may reschedule your class to a future date.

• Cancel within 6 hours of the class start time or do not attend: The class is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy helps us manage small class sizes and ensures fairness for all attendees.

Personal Responsibility

By attending a class, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. Reset & Glow is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

By booking a class with Reset & Glow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Studio Guidelines, along with our Terms & Conditions and waiver.
