Unlike the bedazzled jeans and capri pants of the 00s, Reset and Glow isn’t just another fad. Reset and Glow is about building mindful, purpose-driven habits that make you feel good.
We often set goals based on what we see on social media or what the latest new health trend may be, without taking a step back to consider why WE are setting them. Do they align with OUR goals? Do they make us feel good? Or do they make us feel guilty for not achieving them? Was the goal even realistic to begin with?
Each of us is on our own journey. Our bodies and our minds need different things to feel good. We won't go ‘all in’ all at once. No way. We’re taking this step-by-step, little by little. Small habits grow into big change. Instead, you’ll find a way to take meaningful actions and transform intentions into long-term habits that will serve you now and into the future.
We’re cultivating a path towards feeling in control of your health journey, being able to adapt to the challenges life throws at you and finding balance in your everyday life.
